Khaled Wahab is the Founder & Principal Lawyer of Wahab Law. He has expertise in real estate law, employment law, family law, estates law and civil litigation.

Since Khaled’s call to the Ontario bar in 2019, he regularly appears before administrative tribunals and Ontario courts.

Khaled graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, degree in Sociology and Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. He then received his Juris Doctor, First Class Honours, degree from Bond University. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree, Khaled obtained his Master of Laws degree with specialization in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Khaled completed his articles in a Civil Litigation law firm in Kitchener and then went on to work for a reputable full service law firm in Kitchener where he won many cases for his clients in civil law, employment law and family law.

Khaled works cooperatively with his clients to achieve results through creative solutions addressing his client’s specific and individual needs, as well as managing their expectations throughout the legal process.

Khaled’s passion for helping people understand and deal with their legal problems, drives his ambition, allowing him to obtain the best results for his clients.

Khaled is fluent in Farsi, Dari, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
